Choose Love Day November 2023

'Choose Love' 

As part of anti-bully week (themed Its Cool to be Kind) on Thursday 16th November, we came to school in clothing and accessories that represented 'Choose Love' to us. For some of us this was our favourite book character that made us smile, for others it was a bright happy colours and some of us (of course) wore our football kits of our beloved team. 

As part of this day, we also shared 'act of kindness suggestions' with each other, in order to spread love, compassion and empathy across school. 

We raised money (still being counted and checked) for a wonderful charity called 'Choose Love' to help provide aid and support displaced people across the world. 

We have been extremely overwhelmed and proud this week - our children have shown how they respect all through their exceptional kindess.
